Outraged women living in a Chicago high rise are being continuously flashed by an elderly man in an opposite building, which one woman says has happened 68 times.
The serial flashing has gone on for years according to two women who spoke to WGNTV about the exploits of the man, who is said to be around 70-years-old.
The women complained to police and their building management company but were told that nothing could be done because the man was inside his own home.
Angered neighbor Kaitlyn Bryniarski told the outlet: ' 24/7 he is nude in his unit. For 10 to 15 minutes a day he will go near the windows and expose himself and touch himself.'
Another neighbor, who wished to remain anonymous, told the outlet: 'From the time I reported it to my building, I began keeping a log.'

Over a ten-month span, he then exposed himself 68 times, sometimes more than once a day according to the anonymous woman.

The women filed police reports that say the man has waved at them and once held up a sign saying 'come over'
She continued: 'There would be times when he would make eye contact with me, or hold up a sign of some kind.
'He would walk with me, if I would go into my bedroom he would go into his other room to follow.'

They even resorted to posting signs in their windows asking him to stop exposing himself.
Bryniarski then confronted the man in the lobby of his building, with video footage showing her telling him: 'Nobody wants to see that, you can do whatever you want in your own house, but nobody wants to see that.
'Don't wave at me, don't look at me, don't come to the window, don't go in the afternoons. Nobody wants to see that.'

He can be heard telling Bryniarski: 'I understand' but he continued to do so anyway.
Police have frequently told the women that they cannot do anything as the man is in the confines of his own phone.
WGN showed the videos of the man to Maggie Mendenhall Casey, who formerly prosecuted public indecency cases for the Cook County State's Attorney's office.
She disagreed with what the police had told the women, telling the outlet: 'A public place under the law doesn’t have to be outside.
'It can be in your home, if you’re someplace where you can reasonably be expected to be seen by others.'
Mendenhall Casey said that had the case been presented to her she would 'go forward' with it.
Despite her remarks, police have not pursued charges with the man.
Bryniarski continued: 'I think he is an exhibitionist, this is what he wants people to see. [It's a] daily nightmare. Everybody has complained.'

WGN caught up with the man outside of his building, and was asked by reporter Ben Bradley: 'They've asked you to stop repeatedly, you know that right? And you kept doing it.'
The man remains mostly quiet throughout the questioning, but does tell Bradley the women should pull their blinds down.
He then told Bradley that he had since stopped, but the outlet have been informed by the women he has again resumed his nudity.
