If the name Duff Goldman isn’t ringing a bell right away, you might remember him as “that cake guy from Ace of Cakes” since that’s where he got his start back in 2006. Since then, he has been building a veritable TV empire. He stars in numerous shows including Cake Masters, Duff Till Dawn, Sugar Showdown, Worst Bakers in America, and Buddy vs. Duff, which features Duff competing head to head against the Cake Boss himself, Buddy Valastro.
The new Hulu series Castle Rock doesn’t adapt any single Stephen King story directly, but instead takes place in a world of interconnected short stories and novels set within the author’s favorite creepy Maine town. As such, each episode is loaded with references to many of the King characters, books, and films that you know and love. We’re here to break all of them down, episode by episode. “Severance” (Episode 1) Shawshank Penitentiary In one of the most significant King references woven throughout Castle Rock, much of the season’s action takes place at Shawshank Penitentiary.
So we already know that Future got the graphic (lean rain cloud?) for his new album, DS2, off of Shuttershock, and as hilarious as that may be, we didn't even think about the fact that it's probably already been purchased many times and used elsewhere. Today, we got our first look at another application of the psychedelic image-- found randomly on a student's chemistry textbook.
