Peterborough train station will be closed, with no trains passing through, all day on Friday 27th December. The closure will be in place to allow the final part of a £43 million upgrade of the station to be completed. A new signalling system is being installed and tested. The station will be closed once the last train passes on Christmas Eve, and will not re-open until Saturday 28th December.
