Parents who park illegally outside schools in north Essex could be caught on camera soon. A new camera car has been launched which will travel around 300 schools across five districts in the North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) area and film people parking on things like zig zag lines.  The aim is to make the school run safer for pupils. All photos and tape taken will be reviewed by the NEPP, which will then make a decision on whether or not a fine should be handed out.
