Disgraced Glee star Mark Stalling has been seen taking out a $100,000 check that could be keeping him out of jail. The actor, who is facing child porn charges, was spotted outside a Chase bank branch in Los Angeles with the check made out to the Clerk of the US District Court.  The 33-year-old was pictured a week after he found out he faces up to 40 years in prison, if he's convicted.

Tonight at 11 p.m., The Approval Matrix — a panel show based on the famous New York magazine feature — premieres on the Sundance Channel, and at the helm is comedian Neal Brennan. Unlike many of his peers, hosting a TV show was never on his radar as a possibility. Brennan got his start in comedy in the early ‘90s not as a stand-up, but as the doorman of a New York comedy club.

Questions continue to swirl over the extent of Prince Andrew's friendship with Jeffrey Epstein today as pictures emerged of him in the US on the day he is said to have boarded a private jet with the disgraced billionaire.  A former pilot has said the Duke of York flew on at least three flights with Epstein and his alleged 'sex slave' Virginia Roberts in 2001, something Buckingham Palace has strenuously denied.
