Glee's Mark Salling takes out $100k check to keep him out of jail over child porn

Disgraced Glee star Mark Stalling has been seen taking out a $100,000 check that could be keeping him out of jail. The actor, who is facing child porn charges, was spotted outside a Chase bank branch in Los Angeles with the check made out to the Clerk of the US District Court.  The 33-year-old was pictured a week after he found out he faces up to 40 years in prison, if he's convicted.
