A Russian woman living in New York City was sentenced to 21 years in jail for poisoning her similar-looking friend with sedative-laced cheesecake, then stealing her identification and other valuables. A young woman started receiving 'creepy' messages from a much older man she got in a car accident with saying the text conversation made her 'skin crawl'.
The driver, who recently turned 18, said she exchanged details with a man in his fifties after he backed into her car but did not expect him to start flirting with her.

A member of the public called officers yesterday morning (Saturday 4 January) to the discovery in woods near Bullwood Approach in Hockley.
The man has been taken to hospital to be formally identified.
Police are treating his death as non-suspicious.
